Roy Cazaly
Australia Crest

Up there Cazaly! - was the basis of a pop hit in 1979. Not only was this phrase heard on the radio but was also used at footie matches and used by diggers during World War 11.

Roy Cazaly was one of Australia's greatest footballers. He joined St Kilda, aged 16, in 1910 and with a career spanning 5 decades he played 410 matches - 100 for St Kilda, 99 with South Melbourne (now the Sydney Swans) and 81 with New Town.

Cazaly also coached Hawthorn, St Kilda and South Melbourne.
